Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy for Lunari.

How long is your returns period?

Any unwanted items must be returned within 14 days from when your Lunari order is delivered.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn/unused and in the condition you received them, including their original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund. All items are inspected upon return.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time. Returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive at our facility. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

For UK and US customers, you won’t need to pay anything when dropping off your parcel. However, all UK/US return parcels are subject to a £3/$4.50 admin fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


When will I get my refund?

The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to deliver items back to us and for our returns team to process them.

Please note:

  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible once our returns team processes your return. You will be notified via email. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, although in most cases, it's much quicker.


Can I combine multiple returns into one return?

Returns must be registered separately and cannot be returned in one package. Combining returns into a single package will slow down the refund process, so please package them separately.

Please make sure to retain proof of postage.

If your order is lost in transit and you do not have sufficient proof of postage, we won’t be able to process your return. However, if you provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honour your return with store credit.
